Air conditioning

The use of the air conditioning causes an extremely high consumption of electricity. Please close all doors and windows of the rooms in which the air conditioning is functioning. Switch the air conditioning off if you leave the house.
According to experience, an electricity use of 75 € per week is more than enough and covered by the rent. If your effective electricity use is higher than 75 €, you will have to pay the difference on your departure.


The check-in on the day of arrival will be possible between 4 and 7 p.m. (arriving and departure day are counted as 1 renting day). In consideration of the sum of 25 € a later time of check-in can be agreed (not later than 11 p.m.). Please inform us one week before arrival about what time you’ll arrive in our villa.
We will tell you the cell phone number of our local property manager. If you couldn’t adhere to the fixed arriving time, you have to contact by phone our property manager.
Our property manager will guide you through the villa when you arrive and explain all the important things, he will read the water flow meter and the electricity meter. He’ll also hand the keys out to you. You’ll get an electronic pass-card to open the front gate to the residential area. Furthermore you’ll get the following keys: one for the pedestrian gate at the front entry, one for the entry gate to the villa, one for the garage door and one for the principal entry to the villa.


Please handle the rented house and the furniture with care, such as you do it with your own home.
If you rent for 2 or more weeks, the house will be cleaned once a week by a cleaning company. You’ll have to leave the house well-swept. The final cleaning will be done by a cleaning company and you couldn’t do it yourself.


The departure has to be effected on the last renting day between 9 and 11 a.m. If you want to quit at another time, you’ll have to inform us about it, because we have to organize the cleaning of the house and the arrival of the following guests.
You’ll have to fix the precise departure time with the property manager. Before your departure the property manager will control the condition of the villa and read the water flow meter and the electricity meter. All keys, which he has given to you at your arrival, have to be returned to him at your departure.


Please conserve the environment, amongst others by a responsible use of electronic equipment, air conditioning, heaters and water.
Rubbish bags have to be depolluted regularly, that means: bring them to the rubbish containers near the principal entry gate to the residential area.

Extra benefits

The following extra benefits the tenant can order at the hirer: welcome package (basic food equipment), airport transfer, special cleaning services/home help. On demand we will send you a price list for these services. Cots are available on demand.


Please consider that in the south of Spain, especially in midsummer, appear a lot of insects (mosquitoes, wasps, ants, etc.). We advise to guard against it (regularly depollute the leftovers; store food in closed boxes; use insect spray and electric mosquito protection, etc.).


Bed linen, towels and dishclothes are available. Beach and pool towels have to be brought with.
Bed linen and towels are exchanged once a week.


You can bring your pets only on request and after reception of our written permission (if necessary against an additional cleaning fee or security).


Children have to be supervised at every moment, particularly in the bathrooms, on the terraces, at swimming and near the pool.
Marble grounds are slippery. Be careful, especially if the ground or your feet are wet.
During the whole tenancy period the tenants have the responsibility for the security of the villa and its content. If you leave the villa, it’s important to close all the doors and windows thoroughly.


It‘s a non-smoker villa. You can only smoke outside of the house, on terraces or garden.

Support service

Our property manager lives in the immediate vicinity of the villa. At your arrival he will give you the keys and inform you about everything. During your holiday he will also help you with words and deeds.
Please consider that the property manager can calculate costs for extra services like car service, basic food equipment, loss of keys,…

Telephone - Internet

The house has phone and fax, which only can be used on explicit request. But mobile phones function everywhere.

In the villa we have wireless LAN, which you can use for free on your own laptop (which you brought with you).
To use the internet, we will give you the login credentials on request. Please use this service respectfully. Incorrect use and/or access to illegal or immoral websites is strictly forbidden. The tenant is responsible that the fellow passengers don’t abuse the internet connection.
